Introduction
Compliance, internal controls, policy implementation and consistent reputation of a non-profit entity
like YSAT can only be guaranteed by seeking for an opinion of an independent Audit firm. For the
last 8 years, YSAT have undergone rigorous growth, expansion and transformation which require
constant auditing to provide honest opinions of how we as an institution are performing to ensure
we are compliant with our policies, procedures, and donor guidelines.
It’s on that background that YSAT is Inviting a well competent external Auditor to carry out an
independent auditing for our projects and programs implemented for the FY2024 in West Nile
Region. This will inform organizational Compliance, quality programming, strong internal controls
and standard financial management system are complied with, as required by Donors/Funding
Agencies.
This audit will provide an independent and professional opinion on the 1,9000,000,000 Uganda
shillings YSAT operational budget for the 2024 Financial year. The audit should be performed in
accordance with standard auditing practices and standard not for profit accounting standards.
