📢 INSPIRE Project Inception Meeting Wrap-Up!

On November 5th, 2024, we successfully concluded a crucial 2-day inception meeting in Kampala for the INSPIRE Project, aimed at improving the psychosocial well-being of children in and around schools within the Rhino and Palorinya refugee settlements.

The project’s objective is to support both refugee and host community children, ensuring their mental and emotional well-being through education.

Day 1 Highlights:
•⁠ ⁠Partner presentations on vision, mission, and core values
•⁠ ⁠Discussion on Accountable to Affected Populations (AAPs), reporting processes, project risks, and mitigation strategies

Day 2 Focus:
•⁠ ⁠Exploration of Education-Based Interventions (EBIs), particularly the Can’t Wait To Learn (CWTL) program and Coaching-Observing-Reflecting-Engaging (CORE) methodology
•⁠ ⁠Review of procurement practices, HR functions, and the sustainability plan
•⁠ ⁠Formal signing of a joint Partnership Code of Conduct
