Do you have a passion for data, learning, and impact? Youth Social Advocacy Team (YSAT) is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer to strengthen our evidence-based programming and help us track the real change we’re making in communities.
As a MEAL Officer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing effective monitoring systems, leading evaluations, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring accountability to the people we serve.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about using information to drive action and improve project outcomes.
